“You should be able to describe the businesses you want in one sentence and be talking to the people who own them by the end of the week. Every tool I tried either found the company and stopped, or handed me a contact that turned out to be the front desk. So I built one that tells you which businesses are worth reaching this week, and how to reach them.”
Teams that sell to local businesses often pay for a list, a new-business feed and a technology lookup, then check ads by hand. A localeads plan covers each of those jobs.

Public records: state filings, license boards, business listings, job posts, and reviews. You can see where every fact came from.
No. A signal is a dated event, and many businesses have none in a given month. localeads puts the businesses with fresh signals first and keeps watching the rest, so new ones reach your weekly feed. Where a state publishes opening records, a search for newly opened businesses starts from those records.
When a public record states one: the business’s own website, a state filing, or its BBB profile. Many small businesses list only a registered agent, so plenty of rows say “Owner unknown”. We never guess. Every row still has a checked way to reach the business, and localeads can look harder for the owner on the rows you pick.
No. localeads finds the businesses, checks a way to reach each one, and tells you what changed. You reach out from your own tools.
A dated event in a public record or listing, such as a new business in the opening records a state or city publishes, a new contractor licence, a business's first reviews on Google, new Google or Facebook ads, a new website or an SBA loan. Each one shows its date and where we found it.
No. What you upload stays in your workspace.
Plans are $149, $299 and $599 a month. More contacts come in packs: 100 for $15 or 1,000 for $125. Each plan covers a set number of contacts and keeps your markets monitored. A business where something just happened uses 3 contacts when it joins your shortlist; a business you export without a signal uses 1. Looking through everything a market found is free, there are no credits, and a business already in your workspace costs you nothing when it turns up again. Owner names are free when a public record names one. When you ask for owner contacts, each owner email found uses 2 contacts and each owner mobile found uses 20, and a lookup that finds nothing uses nothing.
We’ll find the businesses that just became worth calling, each with a checked way to reach it.
